Screen Printing Operator

UV/solvent screen printing, selective varnish and security effects

  • At least 2 years of screen printing experience (labels/packaging preferred).
  • Mesh selection, squeegee/flood bar settings, register and coating thickness control.
  • Knowledge of UV curing and ink/viscosity management.
  • Quality metrics: opacity, line sharpness, dot gain.
  • Ability to work in shifts; OHS awareness.

Prepress Specialist (Graphic Designer)

Label-focused prepress and color management

  • Advanced Illustrator/Photoshop.
  • Experience with trapping, overprint, dieline/bleed, and VDP.
  • PDF/X-4 standards and preflight processes.
  • Pantone/spot color management, ICC profiles and proofing.
  • Ability to convert briefs into technical requirements; strong communication; OHS awareness.

Flexo Lead (Narrow-web)

Narrow-web flexo line management and process optimization

  • At least 5 years of flexo experience (Mark Andy or similar lines).
  • Plate mounting, anilox selection/cleaning, register/tension control.
  • Knowledge of material rolls, cold foil, lamination and die-cut.
  • Settings focused on color matching and waste minimization.
  • Team leadership, workflow standardization, OHS awareness.

Digital Press Operator

Operation on Durst/Indigo-type digital lines

  • Minimum 2 years on digital label presses.
  • RIP software, calibration and media profiling.
  • Daily/weekly maintenance, troubleshooting.
  • Color consistency and quality measurements (densitometer etc.).
  • Shift work compliance; teamwork; OHS awareness.

Flexo Assistant

Preparation and machine support team

  • Preferably 1–2 years of print/production experience.
  • Plate mounting, roll preparation, anilox/roller cleaning.
  • Material/ink logistics; order and discipline.
  • Ability to use measuring devices (micrometer, spectrophotometer).
  • Team player, eager to learn; OHS awareness.

Customer Relations Specialist

Customer satisfaction, quotation follow-up and CRM processes

  • 2+ years in labels/packaging preferred.
  • CRM usage; tracking quote→order flow, collection and delivery coordination.
  • Customer needs analysis, regular feedback and reporting.
  • MS Office/Google Workspace; basic technical document literacy.
  • Strong communication, solution-oriented, disciplined follow-up.

Sales Representative

Account management and new customer acquisition

  • Manage relationships with existing portfolio; regular visits.
  • Build new portfolio: active field/phone/online research.
  • Active driving (Class B license); no travel restrictions (domestic).
  • Field sales experience in labels/packaging (preferably 2+ years).
  • Track quote→order→collection in CRM; regular reporting.
  • Target and commission-oriented discipline; strong communication and persuasion.
  • MS Office and basic technical document literacy.
