Color matching and dimensional accuracy
With sample color and size checks, we ensure an error-free start before production. Taking the customer sample as reference, we meticulously examine color tone matching, print fidelity, and dimensional fit. In this process we not only verify the current state, but also identify suitable material alternatives, die recommendations, and solutions best aligned with production conditions. Thus we prevent potential errors, reduce time and cost losses, and offer our customers a reliable and predictable production process.

File control and press preparation
We conduct a comprehensive preflight to ensure graphic files are fully compatible with printing. We check vector accuracy, embedded fonts, image resolution, bleed and safe areas. We also review technical requirements such as spot color definitions, page structure, and PDF standards (e.g., PDF/X) to minimize prepress risks.
CMYK/Spot separation and TAC control
We guarantee production quality by doing color separation tailored to the printing method. Processes include proper separation of CMYK and special spot colors, balanced rich black usage, control of total area coverage (TAC) values, and optimization of trapping settings—ensuring smooth gradients and standard-compliant results.

Digital proof on calibrated monitors
Before going to press, we prepare color simulations on calibrated EIZO monitors. With this method, prior to contract proof, the customer can view near-final colors digitally and approve. The soft-proof process provides speed and cost advantages and enables early detection of potential color differences.

GMG/Epson hard proof
To achieve the closest result to real print, we produce hard proofs using Epson printers and GMG proofing software. These printed samples allow verification of color, density, and detail of the final job. Thus the customer gets a clear preview before printing, surprises are minimized, and reliability and quality increase.
