Cosmetics packaging includes diverse surfaces such as bottles, tubes, and jars. Therefore we choose materials like PP/PE/PET film and coated/synthetic papers considering application temperature, humid environments such as shower/bath, and the effects of product contents. For LSE (HDPE/PP) surfaces we recommend special high-tack acrylic/rubber-based adhesives; for curved and small forms, more flexible solutions.

To boost shelf impact we apply clear/no-label look, metalized film, hot/cold foil, spot/3D varnish, soft-touch and micro-embossing. In design we ensure readable typography for INCI lists, warnings, instructions and multilingual texts; and correct quiet zones and contrast rules for barcode/QR areas.

With our color management and quality control processes we achieve the same tone in every production. We support variable data (lot, expiry, serial), GS1 barcode/QR and product verification scenarios. By separating white ink, varnish/foil and die-cut layers in production files, we speed up preflight and ensure consistent results with sample/proof approval.
