FAQ

Do labels fall off in the cold chain?
With low-temperature-applicable acrylic adhesives and filmic faces, we ensure strong adhesion even in cold. We recommend testing with a sample for the right combination.
I want a no-label look on the bottle—is it possible?
Clear PP + high-gloss varnish with an opaque white underlayer yields a glass effect. We recommend 0.3–0.5 mm allowance for cutting tolerances.
My barcode is hard to read at checkout—what should I do?
Increase x-dim and contrast, adjust % values considering dot gain. Matte varnish reduces glare and improves scannability.
Do you have sustainable material options?
We offer recyclable mono-PP constructions and options with partial recycled content (r-PP/r-PET). We determine suitability together based on product and line conditions.
